I was given a well furnished room with a large balcony, a great breakfast with very friendly plus comfortable bed. I found the hotel's location stunning and lovely, very close to all the shops in Chatham. A few times I ate at Captain's Table, located just a pleasant stroll away from the venue😃😀❤

We had a wonderful experience in this charming small hotel. The location was good and stunning, near to Oyster Pond, which is a great spot to bring kids, the center, and downtown, and the view was particularly nice. It also was to the centre of Chatham. There were a storage space and a new carpet in the room, really enjoyed that.

Shower floor needed better grip.

The size of the room (Village room with King bed) was spacious, with a small entrance area, bathroom, and spacious bedroom with tv, sofa, and 2 stuffed chairs. There was also a private patio with hot tub, overlooking a shrubbed area with only 1 or 2 houses at some distance. My husband and I loved the peace and quiet, and that the room was separate from the main building. I also liked the soft pillow cases!
I didn't like the mandatory 18% gratuity on the breakfast. The breakfast was included in our room rate. But the gratuity was clearly posted on the menu so it wasn't a surprise. The other thing was the room was nice but a bit dated and there was lint here and there, so it was hard to feel like the room was super clean.

From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted as though we were family. They escorted us to our room, provided tea, recommended excellent restaurants and were always available to answer any questions or requests. The full American breakfast was a very pleasant experience and was included in the price. The gardens would be very lovely in a few more weeks. Look no further for this experience in an old fashioned, welcoming stay.

The breakfast was amazing, the room was well furnished and well-appointed with a verandah and a large balcony, for example, more than enough for the vacation. The location was lovely for me, anywhere in the cape. I randomly popped in Branches Grill And Cafe serving some pastries, located relatively close to the hotel, it was nice.

The inn is conveniently located just outside of the town center, making it easy to explore the shops and restaurants. Previous guests praised the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the good breakfast served at the inn. some rooms offer a private porch, adding to the overall relaxing experience.
Some guests mentioned that items on the shelf over the bathroom sink tended to slide off, indicating a need for better tightening.

Queen Ann Inn was in a good location within close walking distance to Chatham shops and restaurants and short driving distance to attractions and an excellent beach, also central in Cape Cod. Staff were very friendly and helpful and provided a first class breakfast to start the day. The room was large and well maintained but did not have a fridge.

I had spotless, luxurious room with a King sized bed set into a beautiful painted wood frame and a King sized bed and an iron, had good night's sleep. Monomoy Theatre was close to the hotel, loved its location in the outdoor garden.

We had a delightful stay at a charming inn with a beautiful building. The highlight was the extra large 4 poster bed that provided a luxurious and comfortable sleep. We especially enjoyed the lovely touches like afternoon tea and early evening appetizers that were available. The location was also perfect, with easy walking distance to Chatham high st.

Staff were excellent and very helpful. They upgraded us free of charge. The hotel is very quaint, and just on the edge of Chatham, though a nice short walk into the village. Would definitely stay here again.
Nothing, it was all great!
